1. Positioning measurement

Based on the design data, re-measure the horizontal elevation, axis and column spacing of the foundation. Mark the cross lines of the vertical and horizontal axes on the top surface of the foundation as the positioning reference for installing the columns.


2. Column installation

In order to eliminate the influence of the error in column length manufacturing on the column elevation, before hoisting, measure 1m downward from the upper plane of the corbel as the section with the theoretical elevation, mark it with obvious marks, and use it as a benchmark for adjusting the column elevation. On the upper surface of the column bottom plate, mark the cross lines of the vertical and horizontal axes passing through the center of the column, which will be used as a reference for the installation and positioning of the column. During installation, coincide with the cross lines on the column and the foundation. First use a level to correct the elevation of the column based on the mark on the theoretical elevation on the column. Then use spacers to pad it firmly and tighten the anchor screws. Then use two theodolite to correct the verticality of the column from the two axes. When the requirements are met, use double nuts to tighten the bolts. For a single column with an unstable structure, temporary protection measures can be taken by adding wind cables. For columns designed with inter-column supports, inter-column supports can be installed to enhance structural stability.


3. Crane beam installation

Before installing the crane beam, it should be inspected and installed only when the deformation does not exceed the limit. After the single piece of the crane beam is hoisted in place, it should be connected to the corbels with bolts in time, and the connecting plate between the upper edge of the beam and the column should be connected. Use a level and a vibrator to align and adjust. Once the requirements are met, tighten the bolts.


4.Roof beam installation

Roof beams should be inspected before being assembled on the ground. When the deformation of the components does not exceed the limit, the friction surface of the high-strength bolt connection is free of sediment and other debris, and it is confirmed that the friction surface is flat and dry, it can be assembled on the ground. During assembly, oil-free sleepers are used to cushion the components, and wooden bars are used on both sides of the components to enhance stability. The roof beams of steel structure houses are assembled with the space between two columns as one unit. After the units are spliced, they must be inspected:

① Straightness of the beam;

②The spacing size of bolt holes connecting to other components (such as columns). After the adjustment and inspection meet the requirements, tighten the high-strength bolts.


5. Accessory installation

Roof purlins and wall purlins are installed at the same time. Before installing the purlins, check the deformation of the components. If any exceeds the limit, deal with it and remove oil stains, sediment, etc. on the surface of the components. Several purlins are hoisted together as a group. After one span is installed, check the purlin slope. The straightness of the purlins is required to be controlled within the allowable deviation range, otherwise the connecting bolts (add spacers if necessary) can be used to adjust them.


6. Re-inspection, adjustment, welding and touch-up painting

After the hoisting is completed, all components shall be re-inspected and adjusted. After meeting the planning requirements, on-site welding shall be carried out and the paint damage of the components shall be repaired.
