A modular building is a building in the form of a "module", partially or in whole, manufactured and assembled in a factory, in compliance with building codes or national regulations, and constructed in a building construction facility using modular construction processes.

Each module uses a container or light steel structural system, using different types of environmentally friendly materials, and is produced on the production line. The architectural, structural, electrical, drainage and decoration works of each module are prefabricated in the factory and transported to the construction site as complete modules, and then hoisted to the exact location by crane to complete the final assembly.

The modules are designed to be reusable or reusable many times and are transported to different construction sites to be built. These modules can be used independently or in combination with vertical and horizontal assemblies to create complex modular buildings.

Modular buildings are widely used in residential, industrial, commercial and public service fields, such as hotels, apartments, schools, hospitals, offices, supermarkets, educational facilities, government housing, tourist attractions, military barracks, etc. These buildings offer fast delivery, easy relocation, low reuse losses and great flexibility

Better flexibility and reusability: Modular buildings can be dismantled multiple times with low wear and tear, and modules can be relocated or refurbished for new uses, which reduces the need for raw materials and minimizes the energy required to build buildings that meet new needs.

Reduce material waste: The modules are produced in the factory and reduce material waste by recycling materials, controlling inventory, protecting building materials and other measures.

Reduce pollution: The modules are produced in a factory-controlled environment, which minimizes waste generated by on-site construction and protects the environment.
